Hello!

I’m delighted you’re here and I look forward to meeting you! What follows is a little about me, my background and what informs my work.

I offer guided meditation classes and conscious connected breathwork sessions. My style of meditation (Mindfulness Meditation & Open-Awareness) is mainly inspired by the teachings of Sam Harris. My breathwork sessions are deep journeys into the unconscious, strongly influenced by the work of Stan Grof.

My focus is less on attaining heightened mental states and more on understanding the nature of the mind itself. By observing the workings of the mind with curiosity and openness, I believe individuals can gain insight into the fundamental nature of consciousness, the mind, and the self.

I also place a strong emphasis on integrating meditation and breath practices into everyday life. Rather than viewing them as separate activities to be done in isolation, I encourage practitioners to bring mindfulness and awareness into all aspects of their lives.

I have a background in Vipassana (Theravada Buddhism) meditation and hold qualifications in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), pioneered by Jon Kabat-Zinn, from The Irish Mindfulness Institute, and in Pranayama (yogic breathwork) from Yogalap with Michael Bijker.
